Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-09-29
These terms govern the use of kifork, the service at https://www.kifork.com, operated by codiget. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If something doesn't work for you, don't use the service; if you have questions, write to contact@kifork.com.
1. What kifork is
A web application where a team builds its project as a visual map of connected tasks, and where an AI agent interviews you, proposes tasks and dependencies, and reviews the map. The agent proposes; people decide: nothing enters the map unless a member approves it.
2. Account
- You sign in with your email (sign-in link) or with Google. There are no passwords.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account and for keeping access to your email. If you believe someone is using it without permission, let us know.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You can delete your account at any time by writing to us; we erase your data as described in the Privacy policy.
3. Projects and teams
- Whoever creates a project is its admin: invites people, grants or removes permissions and can delete the project. Admins can appoint other admins.
- Any member can edit the map and approve the agent's proposals. Asking the agent for things requires an admin's permission.
- Invite links expire and can be revoked. Share them only with people you want inside the project: whoever joins sees all of its content.
4. Your content
What you put into kifork (projects, tasks, messages) belongs to you and your team. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the project's members, sync it and send it to the AI model provider when you use the agent. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use kifork for illegal activities, to harm others, to try to access projects that are not yours, to overload the service or circumvent its limits, or to upload illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. The AI agent
- Its answers and proposals are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Review them before approving; you decide.
- It is not professional advice (legal, financial, technical) and does not replace your judgement.
- It has usage limits depending on the plan (see "Plans"). The model provider may change.
7. Plans and payments
- Free: free, forever, with the limits published on the website (projects, people, tasks and agent usage).
- Pro: per project, with the price and limits published at https://www.kifork.com. Paid as a monthly or yearly subscription.
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC) as merchant of record and authorized reseller of kifork: the Pro plan is sold to you by Lemon Squeezy, not by us. They charge you, issue the invoice and apply the taxes that apply in your country. By purchasing you also accept their terms.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
8. Availability and changes
kifork is under active development. We do what is reasonable to keep it available and free of data loss, but we do not guarantee a service level: there may be outages, feature changes or limits. We will tell you about important changes. We recommend exporting or noting elsewhere anything critical.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, kifork is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses (profits, data, opportunities) arising from using or being unable to use the service, nor for decisions made based on the agent's proposals. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice unless urgent. If we shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the owner's country of residence. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change them in a meaningful way, we will say so on the website and by email if you have an account. Continuing to use the service after the stated date means you accept the new version.
